Son's favorite ------ [sweet and spicy Crispy Tofu with tomato juice]
This is my family's reserved dish. I often use tomato sauce with sweet and spicy sauce, fuel consumption, or barbecue sauce to make this Crispy Tofu. My son especially likes vegetables with tomato sauce. He likes to eat any dish with tomato sauce, such as tomato sauce tenderloin, tomato sauce meatballs, tomato sauce fish pieces, and even I fry a potato with tomato sauce!1. The amount of salt is added according to the tastes of each family. You can taste it first. If you think it's OK, don't add salt.2. Old tofu or firewood tofu is better for tofu. Tender tofu is easy to disperse.3. When frying tofu, don't flip it easily. When one side is set, fry the other side, and the tofu won't break.
Step 1 . Prepare the ingredients, wash the green and red peppers, remove the stems and seeds, peel the ginger, wash and slice it;
Step 2 . Wash tofu and cut it into triangular shapes;
Step 3 . Cut green and red peppers into diamond shaped pieces;
Step 4 . Put 2 tablespoons of gasoline, 2 tablespoons of sweet and spicy sauce, 1 tablespoon of flavor grade fresh soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, and an appropriate amount of water into a small bowl, stir well to make a bowl sauce;
Step 5 . Add an appropriate amount of oil to a flat bottomed pan, heat up the oil, and then add tofu to fry over low heat;
Step 6 . After frying one side, flip it over and fry the other side until both sides turn golden brown. Remove and set aside;
Step 7 . Leave bottom oil in the pot, add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant;
Step 8 . Add green and red pepper chunks and stir fry;
Step 9 . Pour in the prepared bowl sauce and stir fry evenly;
Step 10 . When the sauce in the pot is slightly boiling, add the fried tofu;
Step 11 . Stir fry until each piece of tofu is coated with sauce and a little salt is added;
Step 12 . Stir fry well and turn off the heat. Before serving, add a small amount of cooked sesame seeds. Remove and enjoy!
